Health Measures or Tyrannical Measures at the Borders of Canada?

What happened with the call of John Ralston Saul to the Canadian Government and the citizens of Canada to deeply acknowledge the roots of Canada’s Confederation in his book A Fair Country: Telling Truths about Canada? [1] Will all that history and cultural foundation be lost, valuable lessons forgotten, and with no good reason sold out to “The Great Reset”? As Martin Armstrong states, “Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada, has just come out publicly confirming now that Trump is out of the way, they will bring about the Great Reset. They will achieve equality by reducing the wealth and employment of the middle class while the superrich will become the overlords of this new normal.” [2]
Be aware: The globalist technocracy is using the COVID-19 pandemic to bypass democratic accountability, override opposition, accelerate their agenda and impose the Great Reset on the public against their will. There is not a single area of life that is left out of this Great Reset plan. Very recently this became clear yet again in an announcement by Mr. Trudeau. [2a] And “health” mandates such as quarantined confinement, masks, PCR tests, and vaccines against the will of the people are among the worst violations of Human and Health Freedoms.
Canada’s quarantine border organization – under the Canada Border Services Agency – seems to have been planned long time ahead, well before the Prime Minister signed the extending law on international travel restrictions on January 7, 2021. He falsely mentioned on February 4, 2021, that the quarantine measures would come in effect in March 2021. But in the Global News of February 12, 2021, the announcement was made by the PM that the date of execution was changed, starting February 22, 2021. [3] However, reports of journalists have come to light about far earlier, forced border quarantine cases against the will of travellers and with considerable penalties and the threat of jail for non-compliance, some as early as January 2021.
All of these measures are being implemented in super-fast tempo with confusion about the rules and without transparency about the background, scientific evidence, and statistics, which by law must be first provided as the so-called “emergency reason” for such restrictions and for clarity in the rules and regulations. The new restrictions for incoming air travellers include a hotel quarantine requirement: they will have to take a mandatory coronavirus test and while awaiting the result of their test, they are forced to stay in a designated hotel for up to three days, all at their own expense that previously was estimated to cost around $2,000 per person but which recently is expected to be even more expensive. This $2,000 (or more) fee includes the costs of the test(s), food that they must accept from the Red Cross (i.e., junk or fast food), security, infection control, and transportation between the airport and a designated hotel. In Toronto, the Radisson Hotels are used for this purpose, which hotels are part of a Chinese chain, so taxpayers’ money goes indirectly to the Chinese, who have captured the World Health Organization (WHO) and may have set off the whole “pandemic” with the alleged escape of their “Wuhan virus.”
“Those with negative test results will then be able to quarantine at home under significantly increased surveillance and enforcement,” Mr. Trudeau said, “those with positive tests will be immediately required to quarantine in designated government facilities to make sure they are not carrying variants of potential concern,” he added. Travellers arriving at Canada’s land border will be required to present a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours from their arrival. Trudeau has said that the government has other tools at its disposal to ensure compliance and failures to present a negative test could result in fines of up to $3,000 per person.
The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) has stated, according to The Globe, that the federal government is turning to “private security firms” to help enforce the 14-day mandatory quarantine and conduct in-person compliance visits.
The Federal government has also taken steps to make it harder for Canadians to access sunny vacation destinations. “In late January, Trudeau said Air Canada, WestJet, Sunwing, and Air Transat have all agreed to cancel air services to ‘all Caribbean destinations and Mexico’” and the cancellations will continue until April 30, 2021. [3]
All of this is concerning and, in my opinion, highly dangerous, because it shows that PM Trudeau is not announcing these decisions following a democratic process with a debate in parliament and discussion of the available scientific evidence proving that certain emergency measures may be necessary and that any new COVID-variants are in fact dangerous. It seems that more of these tyrannical measures are organized behind the curtain by him and his nearest circle of PHAC officials, deliberations that haven’t been shared or discussed publicly with the Premiers of the Provinces, who have not even been allowed to see the Federal contracts for the vaccines. Trudeau seems to be hurtling towards a TOTALITARIAN REGIME, which will hurt the people of Canada severely and ruin the small and medium businesses in the country.
In October 2020, there was a deeply disturbing situation in the Canadian Parliament on which occasion MP Mr. Andy Hillier asked reasonable questions about the so called “quarantine facilities” that were built all over the country (not only at the borders), with their building costs in process to be approved by Parliament. The description of the use of such facilities was too cryptic, according to Mr. Hillier. He wanted to obtain more information but was shut down and not allowed to inquire further on this subject. Watch the footage for yourself and note the silence of all the other elected officials! [4] We cannot not notice. This is not a democratic debate. Clearly something is being hidden. Is the Government building the equivalent of the USA’s FEMA camps or detention camps like the Nazis did or what the Americans used to intern the Japanese-Americans after Pearl Harbor? Trudeau has denied these rumours of detention camps or quarantine facilities calling them in public just “conspiracy theories.”
The Thing Called a “Virus” and “the Pandemic”
Let’s take a closer look at the start of the current so called “pandemic” and acknowledge some important facts: since the WHO declared a pandemic in March 2020, the “thing” that was then called a “virus,” was baptised “COVID-19.” It has been established by scientific research reports that such a “virus” has never been isolated, purified and identified, and as a consequence, the mechanisms of the new “disease” (caused by this novel SARS-CoV-2 virus) have only been vaguely described by the WHO while mainstream doctors haven’t been properly instructed in how to treat this “new disease.”
One Might Even Doubt Whether There Is in Reality a Pandemic
Legally, an epidemic can be announced only when infection has reached a minimum of 1% of the population of a country. A pandemic requires at least 5% of the population in several countries to be infected simultaneously. So, when one looks at the statistics of several countries at random, one can clearly see that COVID-19 deaths after the supposed infection with this COVID-19 virus are at, or slightly below, their average of this century. The only visible difference (change) is that deaths from the “flu” have almost completely disappeared in the 2020-2021 statistics until now and have been replaced by, or renamed as, COVID-19 deaths.
A large international panel of scientists has requested from the Eurosurveillance editorial office that the paper of Prof. Drosten be retracted – a paper regarding the computer model of the “virus” and the PCR test of which Drosten had stated could diagnose the “new-found deadly Wuhan virus.” This is the very paper that has set off the “pandemic”, and the scientists demand retraction because it is full of mistakes, methodological irregularities, incorrect EU and WHO procedures, and has never been peer-reviewed. [5]
Furthermore, the statistical fact that 94-99% of the people who catch this so called “new disease” recover from it with “flu-like symptoms,” even when they are not medically treated. So, what is scary about all this? In my opinion, nothing is scary about catching a seasonal flu like many people do, every year. The flu is a natural cleansing mechanism of the body. Is there excess death toll that gives evidence of a pandemic? The statistics show that in every country fewer people have died from COVID-19 than from the usual seasonal flu in previous years. So, where is the danger?
Leading Canadian Health Expert Outraged at Government Response to COVID-19
Dr. Roger Hodkinson, MA, MB, FRCPC, FCAP, CEO, and medical director of Western Medical Assessments, is a pathologist and is in the business of making PCR tests for COVID-19. Speaking to the Edmonton, Alberta City Council Community and Public Services Committee meeting, he emphasized that, “Unless you’re presenting to the hospital with some respiratory problem, positive test results do not mean a clinical infection. It’s simply driving public hysteria and all testing should stop. I would remind you all that using the province’s own statistics, the risk of death under 65 in this province is one in 300,000. One in 300,000. You’ve got to get a grip on this.” And, “There is utterly unfounded public hysteria driven by the media and politicians. It’s outrageous. This is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public. There is absolutely nothing that can be done to contain this virus. Other than protecting older, more vulnerable people. It should be thought of as nothing more than a bad flu season. This is not Ebola. It’s not SARS. It’s politics playing medicine and that’s a very dangerous game.”… “There is no action of any kind needed other than what happened last year when we felt unwell. We stayed home, we took chicken noodle soup, we didn’t visit granny and we decided when we would return to work. We didn’t need anyone to tell us.” [6] When journalists invite him for an interview on radio or television, Dr Hodkinson is declining and refusing to speak in public again because he had already received death threats! This is scary: to receive death threats for telling the truth!
The British, Irish, Canadian, and Other Governments Admit That COVID-19 Virus Does Not Exist Under Freedom of Information Legislation
Principia Scientific of London, along with other institutions around the World, has sent requests to many governments (about 40 in total) asking them to disclose full details of this dangerous COVID-19 virus. Amongst those which have responded so far are the governments of Great Britain, Canada, and Ireland.
All of them, after much head-scratching and referrals from one department to another, have declared that they can find no record, anywhere in the World, of anyone definitely identifying the alleged “virus” which causes the “COVID-19 disease.” [7]
Please, read the official British government declaration from October 2nd, and hear the official answer from the government of Eire (the Republic of Ireland). [8,9]
The authorities in Australia, have also admitted that they have never seen the isolated virus and do not know of anyone in the World who has.
Moreover, the COVID-19 Virus Was Not Found in Canada Either
Thus far, nine Canadian institutions have provided their final responses: Health Canada, the National Research Council Canada, Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization-International Vaccine Centre (VIDO-InterVac), McGill University, the Region of Peel (Ontario), the University of Toronto, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, McMaster University, and Mount Sinai Hospital (Toronto). Researchers from the latter four institutions had publicly claimed to have “isolated the virus,” but had to retract that claim when challenged. [10]
Every institution has indicated the same: that they have searched their records and located none describing the isolation of any “COVID-19 virus” directly from a patient sample that was not first adulterated with other sources of genetic material. (Such other sources are typically monkey kidney cells also known as “Vero cells,” and fetal bovine serum). Nonetheless, to avoid prevarication, the Freedom of Information requests included both SARS-CoV-2 and the COVID-19 causing viruses as these are very clearly not one and the same virus at all.
There are, of course, other confusing issues, including SARS-CoV-2 and PCR tests. The PCR test cannot measure any infection as even its inventor Dr. Kary Mullis has declared publicly (including when receiving the Noble Prize). The insert in the box of the test device informs the users about the same. Recent Spanish research comes to the same conclusion. [11] David Resnick, PhD, the colleague, co-worker, and close friend of Dr. Kary Mullis, spoke out publicly in “The Covid Vaccine On Trial: If You Only Knew” online event organized by Children’s Health Defence on February 10, 2021, stating clearly that the PCR test has never been proven to be able to detect viruses in people or diagnose any infection.
In addition, there is also no science about the effectiveness of masks and lockdown. Accumulated evidence indicates most strongly that masks, lockdowns, and PCR tests have been added to the mix of confusion with the sole purpose to ramp up the fear of people by claiming the virus is deadly, so vaccines can be administered to the masses of fearful people and the vaccine manufacturers will thus earn huge profits.
The prominent German virologist and immunologist Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi warned the public about the ongoing deceit: “Healthy people aren’t dangerous” but the vaccine is, he states. Together with his wife Dr. Karina Reiss, Dr. Bhakdi wrote the informative book entitled Corona: False Alarm? – Facts and Figures, published first in the Summer of 2020. [12]
COVID-19 Fearmongering
This COVID-19 fearmongering with “cases” of perfectly healthy people is, among others, also addressed by John Carpay, president of and attorney for the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms in Calgary, Canada. “Unsurprisingly, the number of “cases” rises with the number of tests that governments conduct. For example, September saw 28,763 “cases” in Canada, as a result of testing almost two million Canadians. But what really matters is not the “cases” of perfectly healthy people, but rather the fact that 300,000 Canadians die each year, an average of 25,000 per month. In September [2020], 171 Canadians died of COVID-19, while 24,829 Canadians died of other causes. The 10,000 COVID-19 deaths in Canada in 2020 are not much different from the 8,500 annual flu deaths in Canada in 2018.” [13]
What Is the Hidden Power Game?
So, if this virus never existed, what is being played out here? Why are “they” scaring people to death and why are they deliberately traumatizing people? My opinion is that they do that because when people are frightened, they can be controlled more easily. And what is the goal of such control? There is a perception/deception manipulation going on that causes much distraction from the real purpose of the Great Reset plans. I believe they are aiming at global depopulation. Inducing fear is a well-known tactic often used in totalitarian regimes that pursue Eugenics goals. Watch the video made by Henna Maria, a Swedish lawyer, entitled The Ten Stages of Genocide. [14]
You will recognize what is going on in the daily life of Canada. It is right in your face! By installing fear and repeating this fearmongering daily through manipulation in the press, the Canadian government and Health Canada’s officials induce fear with and throughout their so-called “news releases” about something that is neither accurate nor true (altogether known as “propaganda” and/or “indoctrination”), and consciously traumatize people, and as a consequence people cannot think clearly anymore. This change in the physiology of the brain and nervous system during trauma is well-known – among other professions, by psychologists and psychotherapists with expertise in trauma therapy, and by chiropractors in their treatment of the spine and of the nervous system of the human body.
Think logically: if the original, supposedly deadly “thing” called COVID-19 virus has never been seen through a microscope, has never been isolated, purified and identified … how can “new, dangerous and more deadly COVID-19 variants” spread? Again, that is a tactic of fear induction based upon a fantasy virus baptized as the “COVID-19 virus,” so its mutations are fantasy too. It seems to be very important for “them” that people stay in fear mode. Jon Rappoport best describes the giant “con” of the new strains with humour. [15]
Just recently, in February 2021, the WHO investigative team that visited China clarified that the coronavirus “had already been circulating” and “had already mutated 13 times by December 2019” within China before having been reported. [16] The WHO team came up with several theories but was mentioned to have done nothing more than “sniffing around” and had not disclosed real data about why the whole corona fairy tale had been blown up to a crisis. The coronaviruses have been known for decades and are identified as cold or flu viruses. Viruses constantly mutate and have always done so. What is different now?
David Icke brought forward a new idea recently about the “new strains,” stating that the new strains are named after the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Brazil where the people have been recently vaccinated in large numbers. [17] It is possible that these so-called “vaccines” transmit the very diseases that they are in theory supposed to prevent. Prevention of COVID-19 is impossible because the “real virus” has never been isolated and identified, and so, no new vaccine can target the so-called “COVID-19 virus” of the 2020 crisis. But the organizers of this “crisis” could have been preparing all kinds of vaccines long before the pandemic was declared by the WHO and brought them out now only because now they can receive “emergency approval” for any of them. Very smart set up, right? It is very well known that vaccinated people can transmit the very diseases that are “in the vaccine” (this has been long known about the MMR and flu vaccine, among others). However, the difference now is in the so called “COVID-19 virus,” which has never been identified …. Who knows what is in the vaccines administered in the UK, South Africa, and Brazil? Maybe they are bioweapons because of someone’s sinister goal of depopulation of the “undesirable”? And, if you think a bit further on this line: the non-vaccinated people will become vilified and will be blamed as “egoistic, careless people” and, worse, when they refuse the new, never-tested experimental vaccines they may be put in those internment camps being built all over Canada. Listen to Henna Maria in “The Ten Stages of Genocide” video. [14] It is all so predictable. It is also very scary when ultra-rich pseudo-scientists like Bill Gates and his Great Reset cronies have so much power over people, and yet, do not follow the laws of nature any longer. An Oxford scientist warns that the vaccine rollout itself will trigger new COVID-19 variants, which adds a “new layer of complexity” to the so-called pandemic. How much more evidence do we need? The “dangerous vaccines” are part of Gates’ controlled depopulation programme. [18]
Realize that viruses and bacteria mutate daily and have done so for billions of years, and the human species has always adapted to those mutated bacteria and viruses in their environment, survived and evolved. Humans are their hosts, nature does not kill the host. I agree with the scientist Dr. Denis Rancourt, Ph.D., who stated “In my view, we have not entered a new area in which human health on the planet suddenly, after 4 billion years of animal co-evolution with viruses, depends on universal distribution of viral respiratory disease vaccines; nor have we entered a new scientific era in which the gargantuan vaccine industry has discovered how to make effective, beneficial, and safe viral respiratory disease vaccines. The [medical-pharmaceutical] industry is a wasteful cash cow, which causes much harm and deters away from real health and quality of life initiatives.” [19]
What Is the Real Concern behind All This Drama?
Are PM Trudeau and the Public Health Agency of Canada and their Great Reset bosses afraid that people are becoming aware that they are being fooled, and businesses have been ruined for nothing more than the sheer desire to cause suffering and yet more suffering with more destructive lockdowns? Are they afraid to be hanged by the people, as passionate and furious crowds did in the past when they found themselves betrayed?
Are not enough people complying with the experimental, untested mRNA vaccines that have never been used before and carry a different mechanism than, by definition, the “old” vaccines? Are more and more people becoming aware of the many news reports that the mechanism of the mRNA vaccines changes the human DNA by injecting a spike protein that will be perpetually multiplying disease-causing proteins with highly probable devastating consequences such as lifelong serious diseases and even death? Are they afraid that we, the people, may recognise their “cover up” and that their secret and dangerous game of depopulation will be unmasked and come out in the open? Are they pushing harder to make people poorer and weaker so they cannot finance by themselves or donate to the multitude of lawsuits that are being filed on all levels of the Canadian courts, the USA courts, and European courts? Are there other reasons? Do the people have to be “corralled together” so the (forced) mass inoculation will get done faster and smoother, without the “informed consent” required by law?
What Is Happening at the Canadian Borders? Another Unconstitutional Scam?
It seems that PM Trudeau wants to prohibit land and air traffic as protection from the “emerging new strains” that they call highly transmissible anomalies coming from the United Kingdom, Brazil, and South Africa. So, the plan seems to be shutting down the entire economy, destroying jobs, food production, distribution, and air and land travel. How can that be a constructive measure?
Many politicians from the Canadian government have been flying around the globe during the Christmas holidays in their private jets, freely enjoying “non-essential” holiday travels to the Caribbean, Hawaii, and other such places for quality time with their families. Their hypocrisy is so blatant, since these politicians knew that “the deadly virus” was not a threat at all and it was fully known in parliament that the statistics from the previous “COVID-19” period were manipulated, of which MP Mr. Desmond Swayne spoke out in public and was “disciplined” afterwards (The Guardian, January 28, 2021). Those politicians seem to have forgotten who is paying them and should have been taking action to get the lockdowns lifted, the economy going again, and help the citizens, their constituents, get out of their suffering – especially when they have known there is no threat!
PM Trudeau is now trying to urge “Snowbirds” to return home with higher financial costs and be treated like criminals while forcing other people, fed-up with the constant lockdowns and in need to recuperate in the Sun during their March holidays, planning to travel to southern countries, to remain shut-in at home in deep-freeze Canada. The double standard about what is acceptable for politicians but not tolerated for the people who pay these politicians is astounding and appalling: these MPs live in utter arrogance and do not feel or even realize the sacrifices that people have already made. They are not “serving” their people.
The only reason given for the new travel restrictions is “to reduce the risk of COVID-19 variants” that are “probably 70% more deadly,” as a high-positioned Health Canada official recently stated. Where are the statistics? Where are the large numbers of dead bodies? Where are the piles of body bags? Where does that 70% prediction come from? Yes, their predictions are based again ONLY on computer models and THEY ARE WRONG! Please, read the article entitled “Why Is There a Correlation between the Vaccine Rollout And Increased COVID-19 Mortality?” by Iain Davis from February 02, 2021 on the UKcolumn.org. Such a correlation is very obvious, and it should be investigated accordingly, yet it seems to be too “handy” to just deny it. [20]
In January 2021, Quarantine Restrictions Were Imposed on Travellers Arriving in Canada from Abroad
In Toronto, Rebel News Network shows that the travellers were coerced by being confined in an internment facility against their will and by being given an invasive PCR test. When the reporter David Menzies asked questions about the Radisson Hotel, under the pretext of wanting “to book a room,” the official told him lies. The hotel would be closed for construction; but there was no heavy equipment around the hotel and the people behind the windows did not wear hardhats, instead they waved and seemed to be motioning for attention, with some of them even holding their wrists in a way as if they are shackled. Clearly, there is lack of transparency. David Menzies states openly that there is no legal right to detain anyone against their will; this is kidnapping, and incarceration without a criminal charge that the people have to pay for themselves.
When Rebel News returns for the second time on February 5, 2021, David Menzies is harassed by the police and they try to charge him for trespassing. However, because David is standing on the street, and not on the parking lot of the hotel, the police must back off. It is refreshing and inspiring to see the protesters outside the hotel who, with boards and horns, reach out to the people behind the windows, encouraging them to come out and they will be helped to get home, e.g., by an Uber taxi driver. One person, named Duray, just walked out and went home with his father to quarantine in their own condo and enjoy the fresh air on their balcony. Nobody prevented him from leaving, because there is no legal obligation for those people to stay in the hotel. People should follow the example of Duray in defying all illegal and unconstitutional COVID-19 internment regulations. [21,22,23,24]
Elsewhere, a Toronto citizen was put in forced quarantine and spoke out about Canada’s coronavirus internment camps with horror. He said he was threatened with jail when he did not comply with the 3-day quarantine. He had paid for a US$130 “rapid” test in the USA, tested negative, and at the Canadian border the test was not accepted, they required a new test. This is unreasonable, because Canada also uses “rapid tests,” not only PCR tests. He was forcibly detained without probable cause of any crime. He felt that the facility was like a detention camp, solitary confinement, he felt lonely and isolated. The building was wrapped in a protective barrier of plastic sheets, preventing anyone from coming in or going out without an escort. He was not allowed to order food and had to accept the junk food that was provided. He felt the whole entourage seemed “punitive” and felt that his detention after following all requirements was a violation of his basic human rights in a country that purports to champion such freedoms. [25]
In Alberta: Upon arrival at Calgary airport from abroad, Canadians are forced to be tested with a useless PCR test and stay quarantined for some days. Protesters gathered outside the Calgary COVID-19 quarantine jail at Westin Hotel.
Hired mercenaries (not the police) are seizing incoming travelers and confining them against their will in quarantine hotels. “Nearly 50 people gathered in the bitter cold to voice their outrage over the prime minister violating fundamental Charter rights of Canadians, including their mobility rights and their rights to not be imprisoned without speaking to a judge.”
Read the press report about a woman who took “the wrong” COVID-19 test (with a doctor who gave her an antigen test) and was detained against her will for two nights following an international flight because a PCR test was required upon arrival (which is known not to be able to diagnose any infection!). The woman herself had to pay for all the extra expenses of the new test, the confinement in a hotel, and for whatever food was allowed.
Another woman shared her story with journalist Danielle Smith that she was put in forced quarantine and got really scared. Another mother is in tears as her son is taken to an undisclosed isolation center: “They won’t tell me who’s picking him up. They won’t tell me where he’s going. They won’t tell me anything.” She is living in Red Deer, Alberta. Her son was taken against his will because at the Calgary airport they did not accept his test done in the USA, as he travelled home after having lived in Arizona for two years. The mother said she was denied access to, and contact with, her 20-year-old son and did not even know where he was. She was denied entrance to the hotel where other travellers had been escorted to. He could even be in jail, but the mother was cruelly kept in the dark. The law-enforcement officers do threaten people with jail for disobedience. [26,27,28,29,30]
Of course, Snowbirds coming home to Canada from Arizona, Florida, and other warm southern places are protesting and want exemptions (The Canadian Press, February 12, 2021). They have been visiting regularly such warm places for many years and view this as a part of their retirement lifestyle. Snowbirds know and feel that they improve their health by being in warm, sunny countries during the cold season (arthritis is less painful, Vitamin-D levels are getting restored, other health issues improve, etc.), which has the added benefit of lowering their health claims with Health Canada.
The utmost craziness: some of the travellers think they are lucky to have been inoculated in the USA … but scientists are still studying whether those vaccinated against the (phantom!) “COVID-19 virus” can spread the “virus” (the virus that does not exist and that no vaccine can contain or even be targeting) … and that they might have to be vaccinated again against COVID-19 with a vaccine that Health Canada will select, specify, and demand.
These are all examples of INSANITY and CRUELTY: the Canadian government is causing distress and pain to its citizens by violating their constitutional rights and freedoms. Under the guise of “healthcare” from a never-identified, supposedly deadly virus, or fearing an unidentified mutant-fantasy virus, people are tormented and hurt, and that suits very well a government that wants to install a totalitarian regime in accordance with the psychopathic elite behind the Great Reset.
This is insanity. Could there be something else in the administered vaccines that we are not informed of, and that “they” desperately want to inoculate us with? Is it for that reason that they want the people to be corralled in internment camps?
Canadians’ Rights and Freedoms
What is most concerning to me is that the people’s Constitutional Rights are being severely violated in many ways and the Canadian people do not easily stand up and fight for their rights. As I understand The Canadian Bill of Rights guaranteeing every health measure and informed consent is lawfully needed by the citizen today because the citizen has the freedom to choose any health measure, because he/she owns his/her body and life.
“The Federal Government Faces Imminent Lawsuit over Unlawful Confinement of Returning Canadian Travelers”
“Ottawa: The Justice Centre today announced that immediate legal action is being prepared against the Trudeau government over the declaration that Canadian residents will be subjected to mandatory quarantine, at their own expense, after returning from international travel, regardless of their negative COVID status.” Their fundamental human rights are violated every step of the way by all imposed COVID-19 measures and regulations. Everything forced upon the person is unfair and hurting people deeply while also being in violation of the Constitutional Law of Canada. [31]
Please, read the analysis “Flying Blind: Governments’ hasty decisions to lock down Canadians while damaging public health and the economy” by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF). “The risks posed by COVID-19 have been overestimated and mischaracterized; speculation and exaggerated estimates have been used to justify the lockdown policy that unjustifiably infringed the Charter rights and freedoms of all Canadians.” [32]
This JCCF paper is THE most important analysis published to date on the devastating harms caused by Canada’s lockdown policies. It proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that deaths attributed to COVID-19 are grossly inflated and do not exceed “all cause” deaths this year or in recent years. Official government statistics reveal that as of August 31, 2020, “fewer Canadians died overall, of all causes, than during the same period of time in each of 2018 and 2019.” Deaths have remained fairly constant. As more COVID-19 deaths are recorded, fewer deaths are ascribed to the leading causes of death – heart disease, cancer, strokes, pneumonia, influenza suggesting that, “COVID-19 may be reported as the primary cause of death instead of these other conditions which account for the majority of deaths in Canada.” (Emphasis added.)
The Justice Centre report is a must-read for every Canadian, every politician, and every news agency in this country. It is the first comprehensive analysis that examines the medical and scientific information on which all levels of government have justified shutting down much of society and the economy since March 2020. Deficient in both quality and quantity, the applied lockdown measures have violated the Charter rights and freedoms of all Canadians and have resulted in unprecedented harms to society. [32]
“That is, 71 per cent of Canada’s 11,344 deaths are over the age of 80. A further 18.4 per cent are between 70 and 79, and a further 7.3 per cent are between 60 and 69 years of age. Only 3.3 per cent of deaths are amongst those under 60 …, which is 374 people in a population of 37.5 million.”
At all three levels, the Canadian governments have failed to “adequately consider the specific nature and the full extent of lockdown harms that would result from the Charter infringements that governments initiated”. Based on speculation and fatally flawed statistical modelling, governments assumed that these extreme measures, never before imposed on society, would prevent large numbers of deaths; “they did not think much (or at all) about lockdown harms, nor whether these harms would be greater than the benefits.”
“As of November 30, 2020, governments still lack sufficient reliable information to justify ongoing violations of the Charter rights and freedoms of Canadians.”
I strongly encourage people to read and learn more for themselves, to read Flying Blind, contact both the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms in Calgary and the Constitutional Rights Centre in Toronto, and to request guidance from them before arriving at an airport in Canada and flying abroad. Inquire what your rights are and what you must do to have the facts and information that you need to possibly sue any trespassing people/officers who “just follow orders” and do not think about what they are doing to others and how they support the totalitarian regime that is being installed under the false pretext of a “COVID-19.”
The Lesson to Learn: The Pandemic and the Truth
In a video interview with Dr. Christiane Northrup, M.D., one of the highly trusted medical voices in America, she says, “this is a giant psychological operation – a ‘psyop.’ We must wake up and look behind what we are being told. We are living in the ‘Great Awakening’ – a time to take back responsibility for our health, our minds, and our lives. It’s time to stop giving our authority over to people in power, politicians, or medical ‘experts.’” [33]
Last But Not Least: A Call for a SECOND NUREMBERG TRIAL
As the editor of www.technocracynews.com states, “Medical and other Technocrats have ignored the original Nuremberg Code that requires informed consent for any experimental drug/medical procedures. An international legal case is being pursued to convene another Nuremberg Tribunal for Crimes Against Humanity.”
Every one of the technocrats and pharmaceutical-industry executives and lobbyists who pushed, and I believe even bribed, governments and politicians to lockdown people and businesses with the fiction of an emergency when there was no emergency at all caused so much harm to so many people. And now come those same technocrats, vaccine-industry executives, and lobbyists who are pushing dangerous and untested vaccines on people worldwide when they know very well that the “virus” is a phantom, which has never been isolated and identified. Shouldn’t those people be tried for crimes against humanity?
One prominent German lawyer, who is also licensed to practice law in America, thinks they should be. And he is organizing an international team of thousands of lawyers who want to participate in the prosecution of a “second Nuremberg tribunal” against a cadre of international elites responsible for what he calls the “corona fraud scandal.”
Targeting the Davos, Switzerland-based World Economic Forum and its devotees among global political leaders, attorney Reiner Fuellmich says they are guilty of crimes against humanity for their perpetration of COVID-response policies that led to forced shutdowns, destroyed businesses, impoverished families, broken lives and a spike in suicide rates. [34]
